About Me
My name is Erin Morgan, and I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA.   Bluffton has been my home since 2005 when my husband got relocated to the area for his job. I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BA in English and Communications, so I bleed blue.  I was in the private sector as the Director of Training and Education for over ten years and trained and developed programs for companies and adults from all over the country.   When my company started downsizing, I decided I would put my teaching skills to good use and be a middle school English teacher. This is my fourth year teaching at Bluffton Middle School, and I am glad to be teaching ELA.

I believe that all students have the ability to achieve greatness and I encourage them to reach their highest potential.  As a teacher, it is not only important to teach the content of English, but the social skills to succeed in the real world.  I connect every lesson to each student's likes, hobbies, and real world experience so they can relate to the topic and engaged in the classroom.
